What the app does, what it doesn't, and how your photos and data are handled.

Is this AI video?
No. Every frame is one of your photos, moved with a slow pan or zoom. AI is used only to read the photos so rooms can be labeled and put in order.
Do I need rights to the photos?
Yes. Listing photos are often owned by the photographer, so check that your license covers social video before you post.
Can I use it on the MLS?
Yes. Every video comes in two versions. The MLS version is fully unbranded: no watermark, logos, app credit, agent name, contact details, captions or any other text, built to the virtual tour rules in Stellar MLS's Rules and Regulations, which ban text and graphics of any kind in tours. The social version adds your brokerage name, which Florida advertising rules require on agent ads. Rules on length and upload format vary by MLS, so check yours before uploading.
Is there music?
Videos are silent by default. You can add a track from your own phone, as long as you have the rights to use it.
Is there a free trial?
Every video gets a free 5-second preview, so you can check the walk before you pay. Full videos need a plan, starting at $30 a month for 3.
When does it launch?
There's no public date yet. The waitlist gets one email when it's live.
Will you email me anything else?
No. Launch news only, and one click removes you.
What happens to my photos?
The plan is to strip location data on your phone before upload, keep photos in private storage only you can access, and delete them 7 days after your video renders.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, inside the app. Deleting your account removes your photos, videos and projects.
Who makes this?
Sun Coast Digital Media LLC, a Florida company.
